PEP Money transfer is a *****

My mother send the money thru pep transfer on the 27 july 2019 and it was withdrawn by unknown person on the same day from Protea center at brixton. I called the number ***I was advise to open a case . I suspect the employee who assist my mother he/she the one involve to ***** my mother. going to the police station is long process . this pep money transfer thing almost give my mom a heart attack.
