PEP Money Transfer **********

i transfer money at pep cell Newtown junction on the 24/08/2018 at 14:25:17, I then sent the withdrawal numbers and the pin to my brother in Limpopo at 14:39, when he went to with draw the money he could get the money and he went back to withdraw on the 25/08/2018 again he couldn't get the money and on the 26/08/2018 I went to withdraw it because he said I couldn't get the money I also didn't get the money then today (27/08/2018) I called the pep call Centre at ***and I was told that the money was withdrawn on the 24/08/2018 at 14:33 in Newtown junction I went to ABSA Newtown junction to inquiry at ABSA I was told that the money was withdrawn at ATM no:3 few minutes after I have done the transfer and they said that they wont be able to check the footage, and they said that the are lot of people who have transferred money at PEP cell Newtown junction an their money was withdrawn minutes later.

This I very clear that the is something with PEP Cell Newtown junction staff which needs to investigated before it get out of hand because the is no way I would have misplaced the Receipt with the transfer numbers because by the time I went to the shop the was no one at the shop it was me and the two cashiers so it is very clear that the money was withdrawn by one of the cashiers.
