Pep money transfer disappear 5 minutes later

Money transfer withdrawn 5 minutes in the same mall. How can we trust our money when staff doing the transactions are *****ing the money as soon as we leave the store. Called the number and was told it could take a long time to sort it out, I must go to the store and fill in a form then go to SAPS to open a case. This is ridiculous that staff are *****ing money that we sent to family in other provinces. I'm very disappointed at the total disregard shown by the call center agents and manager. What safety measures are in place to prevent this from happening?
