PEP MONEY Transfer bad service

My Dad transferred money using Pep in George Western Cape. What should have been an effortless transfer turned into umpteen phone calls (airtime) and driving(fuel) to and fro to Pep to sort out why the transfer was not successfull. 1 week later it has been confirmed that the transfer has been sorted and the people who have also wasted fuel to get to Pep in Knysna. He will never used Pep again. And it certainly is not an good advert for Pep.
