Pep money transfer

On the 8th my sister send me money using pep store, the 09th i went to withdraw at Absa ATM Welkom then the transaction was unsuccessful and the receipt says the money will be reversed automatically, the we call them they told us different stories, lies n everything..

We emailed them all the proof till today..
