Pep money transfer

My husband deposited money at Pep cell Rustenburg he sends me the transfer nos and I go to the Absa Atm unfortunately the money was already redeemed. He called the nos at the slip the consultant said the money was withdrawn from Atm Absa in Rustenburg the same town where the money was deposited..What is happening seriously at Pep because I write to Facebook groups..people are also complaining about the same incident we have. We want our money please Pep Head Office do something my husband no is ***.
