Pep money transfer

My father depositef money for me at Pep Grahamstown. He lost the slip. He back to Pep stores and they sent him from pillar to post. We went togethe again on Saturday and the supervisor called the call centre and told us yo speak to them. The lady from the call centre was so rude and not co opearting ashe eventually slammed down the phone without even knowing the reason for the call.
