PEP MONEY STATEMENTS

Good day,

I would like to lay a complaint again PEP stores, some time ago I opened a PEP money account and used the card with no problem, was also withdrawing at the ABSA ATM and earlier this year in May 2022 I went to the PEP stores in Heidelberg Mall to get the statements and they referred me to ABSA ATM, I went to the ATM and couldnt get the statement and I went inside the branch. They told me that they dont have the archives because this is a PEP card, I have been sent from pillar to post and I really need the statements for Sep 2020 & Oct 2020 as I need to provide proof for certain transaction.

On 31 May i sent an email to *********** and up until today I havent received response. that is bad customer care. I really need the statement its very urgent and important

As far as I know records can be kept for 5 years before being discarded and 2020 is not a long time.
