Pep money send ****

I deposited money on the 18th at Pep Dannhauser. A male attended me, his name is Sibongakonke. While depositing he asked me standard bank or absa I responded to say "hhe" vecause i was not sure what was happenung. He proceded with the deposit. " confirmed my number" and then gave me my receipt. I then proceeded to send the slip and pin to the recipient. They truid to withdraw the following day to find out the money had been withdrawn. An amount of R1000.

I called the money send offices I was advised to open a case. I called pep and asked to speak to management. No assistance was received there, to be frank. I asked if a similar incident had been reported yhey said No. At the police station I was told a similar jncident was reported a week or two prior to mine, so they ****.

I want my money back, all involved fired and jailed. Its obvious its not the first time this has happed. We can not be subjected to such.

Also how does the pin get send to the sender after three failed pun attempents. I want my money and justice to be served
