Pep Money Market

Pep money market is operating as a **** and they don't want to own up to their mistakes. My mother deposited money at Pep money market Jabulani Mall on Wednesday 16:09, before she could even get to home the money was already withdrawn but Pep can't say who withdraw. The moeny was withdrawn at 16:27 according to PEP money market customer service. Apparently PEP is fami**** with this practice and all that they say is that you must open the case knowing very well that no investigation will take place. PEP doesn't value their customers from their call centre to their stores. I'm very furious because they stole from a pensioner and they don't even want to investigate their employees or look at the possibilities. During the withdrawal the transaction done was between my mom and the cashier, the shop was even empty on the time of deposit.
