pep money market

my name is sunny boy on the 28 February 2015 i deposited money at pep boksburg the very same day i lost my phone before they could even send me a pin, i went back topep boksburg to report that my phone is lost they musy not send the pin on that cell number and they made me fill the forms and they even took my bank statment then they said to me in 7 days they will deposite my mony back ,7 days passed they did not deposite money on my bank , i went to them to complean they they said it will take 3 days wich is from friday to wensday ,on wensday they deposited short monery (R300) and was supose to be (R700)
