PEP Money and ABSA bank are running a syndicate with their employees,

On Tuesday, 02 April 2019 at around 14;30 i made two separate money transfers of r1500 each at Hubyeni PEP. upon arriving home in the evening i called the recipient (who is in JHB) of the money and gave her the details.

Yesterday, on 10 April 2019, in the early evening upon trying to first withdraw the money at an ABSA ATM in Cresta, she got an error 55 and then proceeded to a checkers store where she was told that the money transfer was unavailable as it was redeemed. She then informed me and i tried to contact the PEP money customer centre but it was unfortunately outside their business hours.

I contacted the customer care centre again this morning , and was told that the money was withdrawn at an Absa ATM in Hubyeni (same centre where i made the transfer) , the first withdrawal at 14;36 and the second a minute later at 14;37. I was probably still or just outside the store at this time.

It is clear that PEP Money and ABSA are running some kind of syndicate to **** their clients. I am going to open a ***** case against both companies.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK and will never use the service again!!!!!!!!!
