Pep money account (Absa) no plan.

Guys I have deposited money into my pep money bank account. I deposited only R50, then R10 and another R10 to test it out.

The money didn't display as it supposed to (Balance remained as zero in the first and second deposit). On the last deposit it showed only R1.89. I tried to get assistance or closure about where did the R68.11 disappear to, nobody has assisted me even at Absa and at Pep store.

No person seem to be able to assist. I mean somebody else will say seventy rands is a small amount but for an unemployed person this isn't and I am saving up to achieve a goal.

What if I used the account to receive my salary then don't get it because of this issue, I find difficult to be assisted with. I mean such situations aren't welcomed.

There are some serious flaws in this Pep money banking system because even the app doesn't recognize my pin on the pep money app. I have exhausted a lot of airtime calling their call center with no valuable help.
