PEP Middelburg NOT caring for customers.

I go to PEP Middelburg EC fairly often to send PAXI parcels. As a businessman I usually go soon as the shop opens at 08:30. For the last 6 times I went they did not open on time. They stand around and chat until 08:30 then only do they start with their team talk etc. By the time they open it is between 08:40 and 09:00. I have mentioned this top the manager on 14/09/2026 but all she said that they have things to do. As a customer this is unacceptable.
