PEP MFULENI SHOPRITE CENTRE - PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

I received a parcel via paxi, i have been to the store 3 x now trying to collect. The lady that is assisting is always uninterested and even made a comment that "she's lazy to go through the parcels" and she goes on to say that the system is down. Always when you go there the consultants are not very helpful and it is very frustrating to the customer.
