Pep Mdantsane Superspar, Shopping Centre Golden Highway

I am appalled by the manner in which one of your PEP staff Sinazo "acting manager" according to her at Pep Mdantsane Superspar, Shopping Centre Golden Highway treated my mother. My mom had sent in a phone that is under guarantee to be fixed and had followed up a number of times at the store, the phone came back unfixed, the main issue was the way Sinazo was talking and shouting at an elderly woman for stating her case and disappointment in not getting proper communication regarding the problem with her phone. Sinazo was shouting so close as if she wants to poke my mother. You can view your cameras for footage on the 7 July 2020 around 8:50 to past 9am. I would like to get clarity on how this will be addressed as I am going to send this complaint to all social platforms.
