Pep Mandalay

Today I went to Pep Mandalay to get assistance with sending a parcel. I was assisted by a lady called Nolu, with a very bad and stinky attitude. I went there and I was told by the security to go straight to her , I got there and greeted and she decided to keep quiet, ok I was ok with that , she was assisting someone else, another old lady came and she wanted to ask something Nolu again decided not to reply and pretended like she didn’t not hear the lady, the lady left without asking. When it was my turn she asked me where is a scanner I told her I know nothing about that, she said I’m supposed to come to her with a scanner and told me to go to the cashiers to get it haybo but how? Fortunately the security guy heard her and went to get the scanner, she was so done with me even before we started , she wanted the info and I gave it to her , normally when I send a parcel via Paxi they normally confirm the store after giving out the store code, she did not even ask that . When she was done she left me there without telling me anything,she only came back because there were boxes she was busy with there. I looked at her with a confused face she just took her boxes and said done and left. She needs to work on her attitude when dealing with customers especially old people I felt for that lady and I didn’t know I was next.
