PEP managers are disgustingly rude with no ethics , Principles and Values

I had a real bad experience with pep store @ Signet Terrance . I went to buy 3 cell phones on the 22/01/2022 and the manager was so ****** and rude to us . She have no customer service ethics makes me wonder how she even got the position . She insulted the cashiers right in front off all customers in the store . This woman are definitely not a leader how did she got this position? I went back recently to buy some underwear for my children and guess what I got the same experience and treatment from this woman . PEP you guys need to seriously either send that woman for leading training , teach her about principles and values or something.
