Pep Manager arrogant / sent customer away

Went to pep in Eersterus, Had proof of purchase. Nthabiaeng, told me i should go to the store where I purchase as each store have there own damage stock budget. How can a store not assist regardless of where you purchase. She just sent me away. Very arrogant. Not helpful at all
