Pep Mams mall horrible service

About 2 months ago I decided to try pep stores as I never bought anything there,a friend of mine told me about their low prices on kids clothes so I decided to check it out.

To my surprise all the clothes r well priced n beautiful I said to myself let me just laybye n will take it out month end.month end I was so excited to go take the clothes.

When I reached home some of the items didnt fit my youngest and I decided to back to the store to return them

I went to the store told the lady by the parcel counter that I wanna to exchange, she said u can give me the parcel and pick whatever u want and join the que they will assist u .ok fine I notice the que is super long and only two cashier(month end).fine I take a few shorts n Tshirts n join the loooong que

Fine I persevere n que wen my turn came after many moons the cashier asked me if I wanna pay I said I wana exchange n possibly get a refund on two of the items.

She looked behind her for my plastic n intentionally dropped one of the items on the floor thinking I'm not noticing (she probably wanted to keep the short for herself,or recycle it.)

Fine I keep quite wen we were about to finish I asked her what about the short on the floor,she said AAAh didn't see.she scans n I quickly remember that one red vest is missing n I remember leaving it in the car as my daughter wanted to wear it n I hid it.

So I explain to her that I have two identical slips but the other one is torn a little bit so I'm gonna give her than one and will exchange at the Grove as I won't have time to come back.she then changes her face n says ka sokodisa like wow I'm here for service n u tell me I'm a nuisance oh wow I then asked her what do u mean do u even understand what I'm saying,she arrogantly said u see that long que I must push it n u wasting my time.i got furious n I asked her to call the manager,the manager came n I explained no apology she just said "guys please let's not fight" really..ur cashier is giving me *** service n that's all u can say.she then instructs the cashier to take the slip.

Then the cashier told the manager that I stole one of the slips.they both said they need that slip n I must produce it(card payment slip) I told them again that I don't have it.they then said search ur bag.i look behind me people r staring at me at the moment my kids r restless on the other side I decided to check still nothing.she takes the slip I asked to keep n walks aways I grab the slip from her hand and ask her why is she walking away when we r not done n she said u think ur special I'm not ur mother go to ur mother she will assist u.wow so I just spent R3000 on this shop to get this ****py service.

In conclusion I told her that I will not be taking this lying down I will be notifying head office of my grievances she said VOETSEK GO AHEAD ALSO TELL THEM THAT MY NAME IS CAROLINE.she had no name badge so I couldn't know for sure what her name was.

I left the shop feeling angry,humiliated, embarassed in front of my 3 kids n the eldest could hear everything.

After this Pep I'm never setting foot in ur stored I rather spends thousands at expensive shops n get better service than being told VOETSEK by a cashier.Pep Mams mall that was the last time
