Pep lemontree

My grandfather went to buy a phone at the pep lemontree he asked for the Hisense U695 and he asked for Vodacom when I saw the phone they gave him the Hisense U694 and it was MTN locked we took the phone back today and they tried to refuse to swap the phone several times and then eventually just gave a cash refund thair service is extremely low aswell as the management is very unmanerd and has a attitude.... would not recommend the pep lemontree at all....
