PEP Lansdowne poor service

Truly disappointed. During this entire pandemic, I managed to leave the house on Monday to get my kids some winter clothes and PJ's. I decided to visit the Lansdowne branch for the first time but I promise you that it will also be my last visit. I couldn't find anything for my three kids aged 1, 4, and 8. This was about after 4 PM or just before 5 PM because I know they were preparing to close the store. I asked the woman who was busy sweeping if they are waiting on stock and very sarcastically she rep**** 'we have stock it is in boxes' I then asked her if she knows when it will be unpacked and she rep**** 'some time in the week'this is unprofessional. Your winter stock shouldn't be laying in boxes while that is all we can buy for now. Lastly please teach your staff manners
