Pep Lady threw papers at my husband!

We're appalled by the service we received at Pep Southway Mall. Went there to send a Paxi pacel, the lady mopping said we're late (even though the storr was still open), told us that she doesn't worl for Paxi and went on about how PAXI doesn't pay them then as she was mopping, she threw papers at my husband saying he's making a mess and also hit him with the bottom of the mop in irritation that she's cleaning and we shouldn't be there. They refused to give us a name but my husband took a video of the lady.
