PEP KUILS RIVER SHOPRITE MALL - PATHETIC SERVICE

Pep does not want to exchange my items for the same items just a bigger size without the receipt. My items (babygrows) still has the tags on. Since when don't they exchange for something else without the receipt? When did this new rule come into effect and why?? I never experienced this at another store!
