So Pep Kraaifontein Bloch Centre’s operating times are just a suggestion depending on how the staff feels. Old people are standing at the door it is 8:40 and the store is not opened. No one is communicating the delay to the customers, everyone must just watch them finish up their coffees and having a big chat. Worst customer service even before being served. Come in and everyone walks to the back left with one teller. This is pathetic service
