Pep is the worst store to assist with phones

It is really upsetting that pep stores doesn't allow change of products within a day of purchase, i went to Pep today china Mall (The wheel) in Durban ask one of the lady to show me a phone she proceeded with making the sale, while I'm still watching what she was doing, she requested for my id and payment, because everything happened so fast i just couldn't say no coz i felt like she was going to say i waisted her time and i was also rushing i thought i would return the phone, now it angers me that i don't want the refund i want another device but they are refusing, i will also report this to ombudsman and my lawyers
