PEP is just a disappointment

Bought a phone at Pep cell in Motherwell, they are so useless shame phone was not switching on they took it for repairs and came back to say the phone is physically damaged but the phone never fell the only problem was the battery and they say I should take it up with their repairs whom I didn't take my phone to them but pep did, they are so useless even the managers that I spoke with who said she doesn't have a store manager by the name of somikazi and now when I ask again she says she is confusing the names what a manager . Area manager is still on leave since December Pep is just a disappointment I would advise not to buy any phone at pep
