Pep is inconsiderate and useless

Yesterday I made a purchase at pep, their mechine failed to print out a receipt there the transaction was made twice, pep's finance department was contacted to reverse the money. It's been more than 24hours now still no success. I went back for feedback still no success. I am very disappointed at the treatment from pep
