PEP Is home

I once forgot my stuff in PEP stores&went in as far as mistakenly losing my parcel card, when I returned the following day as it was too late to return, I was taken through the procedures without a hassle and without difficulty, I was kindly asked to name at least 5 items in my parcel and I did, happily I left as I had a different experience with another X store regarding their customer service related matters.
