PEP is failing customers on the free Dish installation service!!

<p>My name is Anela Mankomo...I bought a Dstv Decoder at PEP with free installation service on the 10/06/2016. the dish has not been installed to date (06/07/2016) I have personnally gone to PEP and logged complaints, the last time was Friday 01/07/2016 where I went to request the dish to and have it installed by someone else. They promised to have installed the following day, which they never came. Today 06/07/2016 I regret having bought it at PEP and the free service never comes. My son who was excited has opened the docoder and remote. PEP's service costs time waited....i can never recommend it to anyone!!</p>
