PEP IS A ****

Good morning, I bought a Samsung phone at pep Norkem park (foneyam), after 2 months down the line the phone decided to stop working, mind you nothing happened to it, but it was just blank and not charging at all. I took the phone back to the store and they asked for the receipt and the phone box. unfortunately, I could not find the receipt, it was only the box so I asked them if its possible for them to reprint the receipt and they said no they can't. And I told them that I gave them my details and they captured them on their system the time I was buying and besides the was sms from them i received the same day confirming that I bought the phone and congratulating me for buying. Now they want me to continue paying R200 every month for the phone that I did not break. The only thing I want is for them to fix the phone for me or give me another phone or cancel everything and take their phone back.
