Pep in mall@carnival. So *************

Good day. I hereby want to advise all not to support or to pay your bills at pep in mall@carnival.

I went to pay my telkom bill there early February and I paid cash. I was told they don't have slips at the moment so they couldn't give me a slip that is the proof of payment. I left it because you trust them to give you the service you need. 2 weeks later our phones got cut off due to non payment. When telkom told me that it wasn't paid I went back to pep where I paid it cash they only said that there is not much they can do because I don't have a proof of payment. After giving them the tracking number provided by telkom to see that it is paid, they didn't find anything in their system which shows you that the money was taken but my bill was never paid. Looks like someone at pep got a nice R500 bonus.

I had to struggle to get our phones back online for a while after I had to pay a second time.

Please please people. Don't support or pay your bills at pep in mall@carnival in Brakpan. Don't want this to happen to more people. I think pep should be closed due to horrible service and ************* staff.
