PEP in Brakpan is a Total Disgrace

I bought a cellphone at Pep in Brakpan Voortrekker Street earlier this year around March. The phone was working fine until the 27th June 2018. I would charge the battery full and it would die an hour later without being used. On the 29th I took the phone back to where I purchased it and I was informed that they had to book it in and the repairs take about 6 weeks max but it may arrive sooner than that, what is taking so long on fixing such a simple phone with a small problem like replacing a battery, I have been to the store 3 times already the staff has been very unhelpful I actually don't even think they know what the are doing, I am still without a phone and would like someone to contact me and tell me what is going on
