PEP horrible service

So i decided to you the PAXI service at pep to post somethings from Cape Town to East london, however when they arrived the person was already back at CT. the service didnt take the 3 days as they promise. so i went to the Maitland branch in CT to ask how can i get the staff from east london to here coz pep took long to deliver and i have no one to recollect the stuff. i was told that if i dont fetch my parcel by 14 jan 2019 it will be automatically returned to me in CT. today its the 27th the parcel is in EL still. PEP is quick to take wait money but the service is nonsense. so it looks like now i will get the parcel in December when i go to EL cause the return is not hapening as promised. D ********** 25509
