Pep horrible service!!

Horrible experience ever!!. First they sent my Pexi parcel late even though I had paid for the faster one. Now it takes days to get the parcel even though it's already at the store destination. Pep is ALWAYS OFFLINE. After 2 days finally they are online now we are made to wait for Almost an hour now and there's only 3 people Infront of me in the queue while there's only 1 working staff and the rest are going in and out of the store. ****tty service and I'd urge anyone to do whatever you can to avoid any Pep store!!
