Terrible service from pep home in Tzaneen lifestyle centre, the manager is so rude and unprofessional, I bought a Hisense phone and it was not working, I sent it back and was told that it’s my fault to choose a cheap phone because I didn’t want to pay more, the so called manager said they will take it back to be checked and was called again after 2 weeks to come and take it , according to them it was fine only to find that it is still the same, I took it back again and was spoken so rudely by the manager again and told me that he is too busy with important things and don’t have time to entertain my useless query because I decided to buy a cheap phone, now PEP don’t even bother to respond to my complaint since I logged a complaint 5 days ago even now they didn’t say a word, no wonder why their staff members being so rude and not willing to help at all, so disappointed and angry . I will never buy from then or recommend any one for this company. My number ***
