Upon checkout at the till, a higher price than that tagged showed on the item was charged. I indicated that to the cashier who immediately lost her cool, started shouting and told me there's nothing she is going to do, I must pay what the till says. And that this was not her problem, she's not the one who put that price there. With disgusting attitude, sheordered me to move away from the till so she could help other customers. She yelled across the store telling her colleagues how I have an issue with pricing. The difference was R6, another cashier asked what difference does that amount really make. Even told me she would give me that money from her pocket. At this point everyone in the store was looking at me as if I was a joke. I felt embarrassed, disrespected and devalued. The amount is not an issue for me, it's a matter of principle. Shopping is an experience and I was left with a sour taste in my mouth<br> Pep (Home) Thabang Shopping has left me disgusted at how lightly paying customer are treated at stores..a rude reminder of bad customer service.
