Pep Home Soshanguve buitekant

What a poor experience I got from a pep cashier in soshanguve buitekant street boxer centre previously picked n pay center. I went there to buy some last minute Christmas presents as I was working days before, the pep home opened at 9am I was already at the door. The lady who helped me after I wished her a happy Christmas rudely told me I should have stayed home and not come to shops that even if they open at least they can laze around and not tend to customers. I was sooo dissatisfied but I couldn't respond as it was Christmas. I went by the center to confront her the following day but my younger sister advised me otherwise, I can't recall her name but she was wearing a yellow and white dress, short hair and short height. I owe her piece of my mind. I work at customer service and that girl has Zero customer service!
