Pep home Rosebank disgusting service

Bought something at Pep and only work on 1 side and returned it 2 days later with my receipt and the item and the manager said it's perfectly fine and should go and bring my son's phone and use my own airtime to call head office if that's what I wanna doo after Thandi the person who helped me at Pep home Rosebank gave me such a horrible attitude and left me hanging for almost an hour and told me the area manager said they are busy with no worry at all. Is this how they treat customers at Pep even the higher people incharge has no care in the world. The receipt said bring the receipt for full refund till now after I was refused a refund yesterday morning NO 1 HAS CALLED ME. I'm so disappointed and disgusted about such service and treatment surely they making alot of money if this is how they treat their customers. Can I get my refund and I will never shop at your store again in my life.
