PEP Home Qwaga centre PTW. Money ****

I have sent money at PEP Home Qwaga centre Pretoria west. Immediately after 5 minutes was withdrawn. How did the culprit stole my money. PeP does not have an answer. The amount of R1200. Gone just like that. I have opened a case at the police station at PTW. Apparently I am not the first. PeP does not take responsibility to inform the customers of this sudden ****. If ever it is a ****. Or are the cashiers involved in this. I am a pansioner. Out of R1200 I am left with R400 . My bad festive ever.
