The Managers attitude is very, very bad. Being a regular shopper, customers used to complain about being attended to by one cashier,the manager was hostile but things changed. But today I couldn't take it anymore,I went to collect a parcel, I was requested to stand outside because apparently customers who are there to collect or send parcel cause the Que to be long in Store. (The explanation was bizzar but I understand)

Customers who were there to buy are allowed to Q inside the Store. 40Minutes later I was still standing outside until I decide to approach the manager to ask how long it's going to take for me to be assisted because if I was in a general Q I could have been assured already. She said she can't give me a time line, I continue to say that she is being unfair though if she will say I should stand outside yet I am not receiving any help. She responded that all I am doing is making her noise but she can't give me time line.

Maybe from her point of view I came across as being arrogant but I believe that my time was very calm. But to tell me that she can't say how long it's gonna take to help me while other customers were coming in, by and leave while I am standing outside was arrogant and disturbing.
