Pep home online sucks!!

Avoid Pep home online, they are not equipped to supply this service. Placed an order more than a month ago, received 5 items from my whole order. Obviously no one does a check, they cannot access my order from their side, had to send my online invoice numerous times. They do not give feedback, outstanding items or refund!! Pathetic service!!!!
