PEP home new market

It was Saturday almost closing time. Me and my friends were busy doing our shopping and I was looking for winter bedsheets, and there was no one on the floor to assist except for two ladies at the cash register. One lady was catching up for the day and the other lady was assisting another customer. I was hearing voices at the back room and then I went to the cash register then the lady at the cash register called whoever that was at the back to come and assist that took about 10 minutes. I didn’t get what I was looking for then we continued our shopping. Then the lady came to tell us that they’re about to close. The lady was literally standing right next to us as we were trying to conclude our shopping. I found that very unprofessional. I didn’t feel as a customer who had to wait to be assisted now is being rushed to leave the store. I didn’t like that at all. The lady’s name was Noxolo 21 June 2025 Saturday
