1 star is too much!

Sent a complaint via Pep website 2 weeks ago and I have had no response, hence Hello Peter.

Spent a bit in Pep Home during my lunch time, only checked the contents and slip when I got home. Big mistake I admit, won't be doing that again!

One of the items I bought was scanned twice, I was charged twice for only one item?

I went to their website page and sent in a complaint immediately. I did not return to the store because how do I prove I only received one item?

Very disappointing!
