PEP HOME N1 CITY

I bought some decor at PEP HOME N1City. When I got home I saw that one item was not packed. I called the store informing the manager (baring in mind this is the second time this happens from the exact same branch) and the manager ( sounding bored and not interested) tells me she will ask her cashiers about it and get back to me) she literally blue ticked the issue and didnt get back to me. You see the problem here is not about the missing item but it's that this has happened twice to me and I feel the manager wasnt interested in handling the situation appropriately. I buy so much things from pep home because IVE GOT 3 HOMES. If a customer comes into the store and has to take even a R5 item without paying they would be in trouble.. but when I store fails to put your items that you paid for in your packet they should be equally punished. Its day light *******.
