Pep home Mayville Pretoria parcels policy applies to certain people only

Pephome Mayville Pretoria I would like to complain about pep home Mayville checkers center next to wimpy.

Just after 8 30 am, Saturday, 04 November 2023. I was rushing in an even forgot to put my parcel at parcel counter. If you are a black person and walk in with your black woolies carrier bag, they will fetch your bag when you are in the middle of the shop and place it in the parcel counter. The lad who later went into the office said that she received a phone call from head office that customers must put their parcels at the counter. She said if I don't put my parcel bag at the counter, they are going to phone her and ask why is the customers bag not put at the parcel counter.

A white woman walked in with exactly the same black woolies carrier bag and collected a trolley, exactly 5 minutes after mine was put away. They just looked at her and did not request for her shopping bag to be put away 😱😱😱.

There were 3 staff members and there is no way that they failed to see the second woman who walked in also had a bag with her. The other staff member who asked fir my bag just went into the office and the other 2 were just looking at the woman shopping.

I chalkwnge pephome to go through the cctv and the head office to see what I am talking about on this date, between 8 30 am and 8 50 am. I even took a picture of another customer with their parcel on the trolly.
