PEP Home Lifestyle Centre Centurion

My wife and I visited the Pep home @ Lifestyle Centre Centurion on the 2 June 2021. We found what we were looking for and proceeded to the tills. There was only 1 person manning the till, dealing with a Pep staff member doing what seemed to be 3 separate transactions. We waited approximately 4-5 minutes in the que, in that time there were 3 other staff member just talking behind the counter including the supervisor/manager. They ignored us even when the staff member sweeping the floor told them that customers were waiting. We then left the items and left the store to take our business elsewhere, as we left the staff laughed and thought that was very funny that we left because of bad service delivery. The staff attitude was a surprise as one would expect good service al around in light ov=f the current situation, i am sure there are better people looking for work out there. If the staff do not want to work then Pep should get staff that do work.
