Pep home lakeside has a rude manager poppy !

Very very rude and unpleasant manager at pep home lakeside mall - I bought and item and had lost the slip yet the price was still on the item and it confirmed it was from pep home. The other pep home in north mead was more than happy for me to exchange an item but they had no stock . Here I was treated very rudely and told I can’t exchange the item ! Very very rude lady called poppy ! Boo to you !
