PEP home Jane Furse plaza- staff stock theft - 2 weeks no goods

Pep Home, Jane Furse Plaza Date: 10 June 2026

I sent my cousin to purchase products and send via Paxi. Staff took the items for themselves.

They did NOT provide a Paxi tracking number. They took my number + my cousin’s number and said they’d transfer/send. It is now 24 June 2026 — 14 days with no goods, no tracking, no contact.

This is stock theft targeting a minor. All Pep contact channels failed: WhatsApp loops, ***error, *** error, *** not found.

I require: 1. Area Manager to call [*** ] TODAY 2. Immediate compensation for 2 weeks delay 3. SAPS case number if staff not disciplined

CGSO case being opened simultaneously.
