Pep home ****ing with my mom in-laws time and patience

<p> So my mother in-law bought a phone from pep home at jabulani mall. She is an old woman and sickly hence I'm taking this up. She took a phone that she bought there for repairs and it's been three months of my wife and mom in-law going there to find out about the phone. We have the documentation needed. These people keeping giving us the run around and stupid excuses. They say they will call but nothing, not even one call after 3months. This is not acceptable at all. Then today 10/01/2017 they tell us they can't find the phone. No no no they are ****ing with my mom in-law and there is so much **** a person can take. Where is the customer service and professionalism, did they leave it in 2016…?</p>
